空间转录组学(Spatial Transcriptomics)是指在组织切片上完成,保留样本空间信息的组学研究。空间转录组可展示组织切片中不同区域的基因表达情况,揭示精细病理区域中激活的信号通路,完成分子特征驱动病理特征的机制解析。空间转录组学完成了病理数字化结合病理影像化的技术革新,对于诊断标志物、耐药位点以及靶向药物的研发,免疫治疗等新兴领域都具有重要作用。
